The highly qualified lead is handed over to the Client via multiple channels. The Client receives an automatic lead notification email containing all necessary information about the lead. The Client also gets access to SmartChains, where the lead can be updated and placed in the Sales Pipeline. Alternatively ZoirosIT can also generate weekly reports in different formats for direct upload to the Clients internal CRM System.

AMs
The Leads are routed directly to the Client’s AMs or partners. ZoirosIT maintains direct contact with the AM to get feedback about lead development, in order to improve and further define Lead quality as quickly as possible, and then close the sales cycle .
