ZoirosIT was founded in October 2004 by Ronald Hanke, the IT Manager and Technical Consultant at Techmar GmbH, a Munich-based marketing company specializing in customer acquisition. In order to better concentrate on the continued development of a lead management/development platform, a new company was formed. With his colleague Kristofer Eriksson, an experienced software engineer, Ronald developed a new product called SmartChains, chosen by Hewlett-Packard as an exclusive Lead Management Tool within Germany, UK and Ireland.

Rüdiger Behmel came on board in March 2005 to further develop ZoirosITs teleservices component. The ZoirosIT team is further developing its SmartChains platform to create a unique solution in the area of sales force automation, channel management and customer acquisition.

Since 12 August 2010 we are ISO 9000: 2008 (International Standard Organisation) certified. Our quality management systems were implemented in co-operation with the certification specialists IQM e.V. München and the Technische Universität München. Our QM systems are in compliance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
