As the founder of ZoirosIT, Ronald Hanke is responsible for IT and the strategic development of SmartChains.

Previously, Ronald served as Database Developer and Technical Consultant at Techmar GmbH, a Munich-based marketing company specializing in customer acquisition. There, he designed and implemented business solutions for clients such as Hewlett-Packard, Cisco, Nortel Networks and Phonetic Systems.

Making his start at Techmar Belgium as a database analyst and network administrator, Ronald was a key player in the set up of Techmar Germany. At the new Munich site, Ronald became IT manager and Technical Consultant. He further developed Techmars proprietary CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software system Karma and developed a reporting system for in-depth project and marketing analysis.

As Technical Consultant, Ronald created complex lead distribution systems using the proprietary softwares business process designer, interfaced the proprietary software with BusinessObjects and WebIntelligence for use by the Hewlett-Packard sales channel. In addition, he developed an entirely new lead routing and distribution process for Hewlett-Packard and set up several interfaces between the proprietary software and Oracle Telesales, Siebel Pioneer and Siebel 7.5. As a member of the global Karma Development Team, Ronald focused on database development and implemented Karma as Ciscos centralized SMB (small medium businesses) marketing database.

Before his five years at Techmar, Ronald gathered extensive experience in controlling and software development at Pax GmbH in Ingelheim.

Ronald Hanke's extensive technical expertise and operational experience make him an essential part of the ZoirosIT team. He has moved up from technician to IT manager to his role in strategic planning and has many years of client-focused development behind him. He speaks English, French and his native German.
